- How did you find your instructor?My doctor recommended my instructor. The charge is $50 per hour. I’ve received both the initial instruction as well as many follow up appointments.
- Describe your daily charting routine.Charting about 4 or 5 months. I chart cervical mucous and also use Lh strips around ovulation, and sometimes bbt. The amount of details that you have to be aware of with this charting method is honestly exhausting. However, it’s worth it if it finally helps us to start a family.
- What made you choose this method?We’ve tried everything else over the past 6 years and this model was highly recommended by a friend that successfully got pregnant after many years of infertility.
