We all have a love/hate relationship with fertility awareness, and one thing’s for sure – we want to talk about it!
But cervical mucus doesn’t exactly weave itself naturally into casual conversations. Part of living this lifestyle is having someone to remind you – you aren’t alone! Do you just want some close girl friends who “GET IT”? Or maybe you have some friends you’d love to share fertility awareness with, but don’t know where to start? What if you’re looking for constructive ways to talk to your OBGYN?
No matter what, you need community!
This is why Mary and Emily created Shake It Up!, a virtual quarterly event for you and up to 25 lucky gals -first come, first served- who are ready to dish and indulge in some much needed camaraderie.
And since our events are scheduled on Fridays at 7:30pm ET, We highly recommend joining with your favorite adult beverage in hand 🙂
